1. Introduction
Welcome to HOMEid, an interior design company based in New Zealand. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
2. Services Offered
HOMEid provides interior design services including but not limited to consultation, space planning, color consultation, furniture selection, and decor advice.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your requirements, preferences, and any relevant information necessary for the design process. You also agree to cooperate with our team throughout the project duration.
4. Design Process
Our interior design process typically involves an initial consultation, concept development, design presentation, revisions (if necessary), and finalisation. The specific details of the process will be outlined in the contract signed between the client and HOMEid.
5. Payments and Fees
Payment terms will be outlined in the contract and may include a deposit, progress payments, and final payment upon completion of the project. Fees for additional services or changes to the scope of work will be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, plans, and other materials produced by HOMEid remain the intellectual property of HOMEid unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for their intended purposes only.
7. Confidentiality
HOMEid agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior consent from the client.
8. Liability
While HOMEid strives to provide high-quality design services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services or reliance on the information provided.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Any termination shall be subject to the terms outlined in the contract regarding termination fees, if applicable.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
